So a pro gamer also known as e-sports player or competitive gamer is actually like any other sports player such as football or basketball
here you have to be the master of the game that you play so many e-sports team will approach you to play for them or you can start your own team and you have to participate in gaming tournaments and if you do well you can earn money from your gaming skills
with rapid growth of gaming industry and and e-sports the prize pool of tournaments are also increasing like the prize pool of a most famous e-sport title Dota-2 is more than $10 million so you can think how big e-sports is going to be but to be in it you have to be very good at your game
2) Streamer
You can stream games to earn money from gaming that is you can play games live in front of your audience sitting at your home and earn money from it seems easy but it's actually not that easy at first you will not have enough number of people watching your live stream you have to grow your streaming audience and for that you have to be entertaining and unique so the people should like you and should watch your streams
always remember there are people who will watch you live streams as there is a huge number of watchers of gaming live streams and you can earn a good amount by this

3) Gaming Content Creator
Don't want to play games live in front of people? don't worry there is still an option you can create your own gaming videos such as walk through,reviews,game plays etc just make sure your content is like able by the people and you can make money from gaming videos and can make a career in gaming content creation with this you can earn millions of dollars based on your content quality and experience
4) Making Video games
This one is not as easy as it seems as making game is not a cup of cake it requires skills,teamwork,creativity,patience etc but you can earn a good amount doing this for making games you can become any of the following as per your interest
Game Developer,Game Designer,Game Engine programmer,Game Tester and many more i will cover it some other day
so basically a game programmer earns anywhere between $60 k-$110 k based on skills and experience and a designer also earns around the same figure so you can think how profitable it is
